LUBBOCK, Texas– Fidel Garcia III, 25, was charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor.
According to court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com, on April 15, Garcia messaged an undercover officer posing as a 16-year-old girl. Garcia also intentionally communicated over the internet in a sexually explicit manner, mainly wanting to engage in sexual intercourse.
