OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – On Thursday, the man accused of killing a 26-year-old in Omaha in 2023 was sentenced to prison.
Kye Moss pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony in January.
Moss was sentenced to serve 55 to 75 years. He was given credit for 966 days. He will be eligible for parole in 30 years.
