Plans for an 18.9-acre subdivision have been put on hold, once again, following Tuesday’s Boise City Council meeting.
Engineering Solutions, LLP slated land at 744 State St. for the proposed Bonnybrook Subdivision which would consist of 24 detached single-family homes, 52 townhomes and 216 apartment units. Bordered by Utahna Road and Gardener Lane in northwest Boise, the local neighborhood association voiced concerns regarding traffic flow, and the city council ultimately agreed.
