SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls woman has been convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
Alysia Peneaux, 32, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, 5 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
