Three apartment buildings in Lexington Township have been sold for a combined $760,000, according to the latest property transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The apartment buildings on Mishler Avenue each have four units. Each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. They were built in 1971.
This week’s property transfers cover March 21 to March 27.
