‘That tasty piece of history’ from fried chicken stand: Best Eats

Last month, Damien Randall opened Damien’s Fried Chicken at the Broad Street Market’s stone building in Harrisburg.

At the stand, he fries batter-dipped chicken wings, drumsticks, breasts, gizzards, livers and thighs in canola oil, then serves them with fresh-cut French fries and rolls.

So far, Randall said, customers are raving about his fried chicken recipe, made from a Golden Dipt mix doctored with secret seasonings…
