DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An early morning tractor-trailer crash has shut down traffic in both directions on U.S. Route 22/Clarks Ferry Bridge near Route 147 in Reed Township, according to 511PA.
The truck flipped over around 4:50 a.m. on the bridge, closing down traffic, according to dispatch.
