SEDGWICK COUNTY —A Kansas man accused of killing his neighbor returned to court Wednesday for an arraignment hearing before Judge Seth Rundell.
Allan Taylor Gunneson, 38, pleaded not guilty to voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault in the shooting death of 48-year-old Brian Baker. His trial is set to begin August 24, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
Just after 6p.m. September 12, 2025, police responded to the 900 block of South Vassar Avenue in Wichita, according to a statement from police.
