Man who stole Salvation Army bus, caused deadly crash reaches plea deal

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The man responsible for crashing a stolen Salvation Army bus into a motorcyclist in Las Vegas, killing the rider, has reached a guilty plea agreement.

According to court records, Jalen Felton has agreed to plead guilty to Duty to Stop at the Scene of a Crash Involving Death or Personal Injury. Other charges have been dismissed.

Felton now faces 2 to 20 years in prison…
