Ohio man allegedly involved in social media money scams arrested in Oak Grove

OAK GROVE, Ky. – An Ohio man is charged after allegedly scamming a victim out of thousands of dollars.

According to a social media post, the Oak Grove Police Department and the Forest Park Police Department in Ohio collaborated to serve a warrant and arrest a 54-year-old Felix Kouame, of Cincinnati.

Police say Kouame scammed an Oak Grove resident out of $2,600 by posing as “Apple Support.” Kouame allegedly asked the victim to send the money via Cash App to activate an “Apple business account.”…
