4 people charged in alleged ‘criminal enterprise’ at Fort Wayne UPS location totaling more than $23K

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Four people are charged in an alleged “criminal enterprise” at UPS that stole cell phones with a combined value of more than $23,000.

Former UPS employee Aaron Rucker, 25, is accused of stealing at least 26 cell phones from the UPS Distribution Center located at 2727 Independence Drive and giving them to others to sell. Others charged in the case include 22-year-old Gregory Banks, 26-year-old Sarah Banks and 54-year-old Jacqueline Banks.

A fifth person mentioned in court records has not been formally charged…
