CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Officials in Cedar Rapids are working to track down the owner of a dog that is believed to have died from malnourishment.
The Cedar Rapids central fire station received a very malnourished dog on Monday. The Police Department delivered it to Animal Care and Control, where it died before they could find the owner.
