AUSTIN, Texas — A man was arrested Friday for intoxication manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash on US 183 South in February.
Gustavo Barbosa Sanchez, 24, was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety and booked into the Bastrop County Jail after a blood test showed his blood alcohol concentration was 0.211 at the time of the crash . That is more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.
