CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids officials say eastbound Blairs Ferry Road NE will be reduced to one lane beginning Monday, April 20, between Mildred Lane and Crane Lane for utility work.
The lane reduction is expected to last about four days.
