LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was charged after deputies allegedly found a variety of drugs, including methamphetamine, during a traffic stop and said he later offered to bribe a deputy to avoid arrest.
At about 2 a.m. Thursday, court documents show a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling Interstate 80 just outside Lincoln when he saw a 2004 Cadillac Escalade speeding eastbound.
The deputy stopped the vehicle and identified Billie Dunning, 52, as the driver and Tony Ybarra, 31, as the front-seat passenger.
As the deputy approached the vehicle, he saw an open alcohol container, a pill bottle and a glass bong with suspected meth residue inside…
