CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland is working to relocate firefighters from Fire Station 23 on Madison Avenue to a new facility, and the city has warned it may use eminent domain to acquire the property.
The mayor’s office says an upgrade would help with traffic and response times.
