Helfrich Park student memorizes 1,014 digits of Pi

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Rayne Adcock is just like any other middle school student. He loves band class and especially loves math with his favorite teacher, Gary Loveless, but Rayne has a unique talent up his sleeve.

He has memorized the first 1,014 digits of Pi.

“He starts with 100. And, I did 100 so I’m gonna go to 300. 300, okay, well let’s go to 500. It just kept going up to 1,000 and once he got there, his teacher Mr. Loveless here, told him maybe not go very much further, give your brain a break,” Rayne’s mom Jenneya says…
