One morning in Lexington, Kentucky, animal control officers began receiving call after call about a Husky trapped inside a sewer drain.
The reports had everyone confused. No one could figure out how a dog that big had somehow gotten himself wedged into such a cramped spot.
With so many people reporting the same strange situation, the officers knew they needed to get there fast. Something clearly was not right. When they arrived, they were greeted by the sight of a furry little nose poking out through a slim gap in the concrete.
Rescue Brings Joy
“We don’t know how [he] got in there,” a representative from Lexington-Fayette Animal Care & Control told The Dodo. “But we suspect he went through the drain pipe and could not figure out how to get out the way he came in.”…
