ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The possibility of a nuclear power plant suddenly being built in your backyard is one that could soon affect neighbors near the Eastman Business Park.
Rochester still in the running for new nuclear facility
This comes as part of Governor Hochul’s push to expand nuclear energy. It is still unclear whether plans will take action, but it raises questions about safety. News 8’s Dawson LeVan spoke with homeowners, and, as he explains, there are many opinions.
