Cynthia Robinson is accused of beating her young son to death, while Frank Walton Sr. allegedly prevented medical intervention to conceal the abuse, according to investigators.
Chester Police were called to the home for a report of an unresponsive child in cardiac arrest with possible head trauma, authorities said. The child was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
