How a South Texas town built its first-ever government building … for free

AGUA DULCE, Texas — Leaders in the small West Nueces County town of Agua Dulce are preparing to open a new municipal plaza they say will transform city services and public safety — without costing taxpayers anything.

The $1.2 million facility, built and donated by Wyatt Ranches, is set to open at 3 p.m. Saturday.
