DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Regional Communication Center was contacted at midnight Saturday about a hit-and-run crash and a shooting that occurred.
A preliminary investigation reveals that a driver of a black Jeep fled after sideswiping another vehicle on I-94. The caller stated that they would follow the Jeep, according to the Michigan State Police news release.
Police said that while the caller followed the suspect, the driver of the suspect vehicle fired several gunshots in the caller’s direction. The caller and their vehicle were not struck by gunfire…
