LEWISTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County man was identified as the driver killed when a tractor trailer crashed into the Laurel Creek Reservoir early Friday morning.
Steven Larrabee, 72, of Christiana, was driving the tractor trailer, according to the Mifflin County Coroner’s Office.
