Cherry Rankin shares her recipe for no bake Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cups

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Chef Cherry Rankin visited WCTV to share her recipe for no bake Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cups.

Ingredients:

  • Crushed graham crackers (or vanilla wafers)
  • Store bought cheesecake filling (follow the instructions on the box)
  • 1 canned or 6 fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons peach flavor
  • Cool whip

Instruction:

  1. Layer crumbs at the bottom of a clear cup
  2. Add a layer of cheesecake filling
  3. Toss peaches with a little brown sugar, white sugar, add peach flavor
  4. Add peaches on top
  5. Repeat one more layer if you have time
  6. Finish with whip cream, sprinkle crumbs
