METAIRIE, La. — A New Orleans man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at a Metairie apartment complex late Friday night, according to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Joseph Lopinto said deputies responded around 10:30 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 2300 block of Severn Avenue. When they arrived, they found an unresponsive adult male inside an apartment living room with at least one gunshot wound to the chest.
