MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Several families are without a home after a fire broke out at a Rockville apartment complex on Saturday, officials said.
In apost on Xshortly before noon, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) Spokesperson Pete Piringer said crews responded to a fire at the Residences at Congressional Village on Halpine Road.
At the scene, firefighters found flames coming from a bedroom inside a third-floor apartment, with the building’s sprinklers activated.
