Caldwell’s rapid growth put it in the eyes of developers over recent years — with more still looking to come in.
At Monday’s city council meeting, council members will review three action items — both in old and new business — that involve an approval of a rezone of a portion of parcel and a preliminary plat for new subdivisions, two of which include efforts to still provide land for commercial growth.
