CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — At the request of the Clarksville Police Department, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation posted a Silver Alert Saturday night for a missing man with a medical condition. The TBI announced he was found safe Saturday night.
The subject of the Silver Alert was James Anthony Insco, who the CPD said was 58 years old but the TBI said was 59.
According to officials, Insco was last seen around noon on Saturday, April 18 on Elder Street in Clarksville. He was reportedly wearing a gray hoodie, a white T-shirt, gray or black shorts, and white and yellow tennis shoes without shoelaces…
