ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – An investigation is underway early Sunday morning after a man was shot in Rockford.
Around 3:30 a.m., April 19, the police department shared that a shooting victim was found in the 1200 block of Clover Avenue. Residents were asked to avoid the area as officers investigated.
