A signature steakhouse tradition is making a major comeback in Glendale next month as Arrowhead Grill reintroduces its popular tableside Prime Rib Trolley – this time with a much wider presence on the menu.
Chef-owner Charles Schwerd is expanding one of the restaurant’s most requested dining experiences, bringing back the slow-carved prime rib service five nights a week beginning in April. The move marks a return to form for the award-winning steakhouse, which has been serving guests in Glendale since 2008 and is known for its classic, high-end atmosphere and premium cuts.
The Prime Rib Trolley itself has become something of a Valley legend among regulars. Once offered nightly, the experience was scaled back to Sundays, prompting consistent guest demand for its return.
