GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (WRGB) — A tractor-trailer rollover is causing traffic tie ups just in time for the evening commute.
The Department of Transportation says it happened around 3:15 p.m. on the northbound side of I 87, the Northway, near Exit 1W.
