CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a wanted fugitive.
Carmelo Nettles, 18, is wanted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department and U.S. Marshals for felonious assault.
Nettles is described by police as a black man standing approximately 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighing about 128 pounds.
He is known to frequent the Cleveland area, NOVFTF said…
