The City of Harrisburg fired an attorney working for the law bureau in 2024 after she spoke out about how the bureau was dismissive of claims of sexual harassment and other employee misconduct, according to a recently filed lawsuit.
Three days after Emily Farren spoke to Mayor Wanda Williams about the way city solicitor Neil Grover was handling discrimination and harassment complaints, she found herself terminated from her job, the lawsuit said.
