Battle Creek wife accused of shooting, killing husband ‘didn’t want him to suffer slowly’

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A wife accused of shooting and killing her husband in Battle Creek claims she “didn’t want him to suffer slowly.”

Andrea Graham, 31, is facing charges of first-degree murder and carrying a pistol when attempting to commit a felony in connection to the April 12 shooting death of her husband, Alan.

According to probable cause documents obtained by News Channel 3, Andrea Graham called 911 just before 4:30 p.m. April 12, telling dispatchers her husband tried to kill her, that she tried to defend herself and that she didn’t think he was alive…
