KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — A man has been charged with murder following a deadly shooting in a Kalamazoo park last week.
Carlin Barcelo was arraigned Monday afternoon on charges of open murder, felony firearm and carrying a concealed weapon in the death of Telonn Horton.
