PORSTMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A powerful weekend of empowerment and movement is coming to Hampton as the WKW Cary Foundation Inc. presents its Health and Wellness Weekend, bringing the community together for inspiration, education, and action.
The weekend will feature two impactful events: Unleash the Confidence Women’s Health and Wellness Expo and Buckroe Beach Stride for Diabetes 5K and 2K Walk. Together, these experiences are designed to uplift individuals through health education, wellness resources and active living.
