BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in searching for a runaway 13-year-old who was last seen Monday morning.
Santiago Emilio Ramirez, 13, was last seen around 10:55 a.m., leaving his apartment at Hilton Head Gardens, according to officials.
Ramirez was described as wearing a black hoodie and gray pants. According to officials, he is five-foot-five and around 130 pounds with black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
