A development firm in Worcester wants to build 28 apartments at the site of a former auto repair shop.
MR Capitalx LLC is proposing the construction of 10 studio and 18 one-bedroom apartments at 625 Franklin St., according to a letter submitted to the city’s zoning board of appeals.
