Heavy rainfall has caused high water on Loop 1604 on the North Side, and at least one road has been closed due to flooding in Hollywood Park.
High water was reported on both eastbound and westbound lanes of Loop 1604 at Hardy Oak Boulevard as of 1:30 p.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
