SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A group of rural Minnehaha homeowners is suing the City of Sioux Falls over concerns about the new developments and the location of the Smithfield Plant.
In February, Smithfield Foods announced plans for a new processing facility in Sioux Falls, drawing both approval and criticism from residents across the area.
