WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — CBS12 News has learned that Palm Beach County schools will not have universal free breakfast and lunch next year. Beginning on August 10th, meal costs will vary by school. The school district says this is due to changes in federal eligibility requirements.
Breakfast and lunch have been free to all students for six straight years.
At schools where payment is required, families can submit applications for free or reduced lunch starting this summer…
