PASADENA, Md. — A late-night traffic stop turned into a drug and weapons arrest after a suspect fled from detectives and crashed a short distance away before being taken into custody, according to police.
Ryan Kelly Hazel, 33, of Baltimore, was arrested on April 20, 2026, following the incident along Solley Road near Energy Parkway.
