Former Massachusetts police officer Matthew Farwell wants some evidence to be tossed out in the case against him over the death of Sandra Birchmore.
The former Stoughton officer is charged with killing the 23-year-old Birchmore while she was pregnant and arranging the scene to look like a suicide. He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges filed against him in that case.
