BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Sanborn man is facing between 18 and 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday.
Officials said 24-year-old Gabriel Moyer admitted to shooting and killing 26-year-old Keith Agee in Niagara Falls in June 2022. Moyer is scheduled to return to court for sentencing in June.
Officials said a previous trial in July 2024 ended in a mistrial after jurors could not agree on a verdict.
