COLUMBIA CITY – A Columbia City man was arrested on multiple charges after allegedly battering a woman.
David Howard Ernst, 58, 1285 W. Sheckler Road, Columbia City, is charged with domestic battery with a prior conviction and operating a vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, both level 5 felonies; invasion of privacy with a prior conviction and resisting law enforcement, both level 6 felonies; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated – endangering a person and OWI with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.15 or more, both class A misdemeanors.
