CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Property owners in two Cedar Rapids historic districts could receive up to $10,000 to improve their homes’ curb appeal.
The grant program covers properties in the 2nd and 3rd Avenue District and the Redmond Park-Grande Avenue District, both located in the Wellington Heights neighborhood.
