A 63-year-old Ocala woman is facing additional charges after allegedly threatening to “choke and kill” Marion County deputies who responded to a neighbor’s battery complaint.
On Friday, April 17, several Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an elderly female victim’s home in reference to a battery incident. The victim stated that she was smoking a cigarette outside her residence when one of her neighbors, Kathryn Karyl Riese, “came across the street to yell at (her),” according to the arrest report.
