A 28-year-old man is in custody for allegedly exposing himself to a woman inside a Whole Foods store – a terrifying act caught on video.
Jared Paul Estrada was arrested Monday in connection with the disturbing March 23 encounter inside the store in the 24100 block of Valencia Boulevard in Valencia, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
