A GoFundMe to help with burial costs for a family murdered in south Alabama is already near its $6,500 goal one day after launching.
“Last night, my dear friend Damien [Luker] experienced an unimaginable tragedy—his mother, sister, and brother were murdered,” Mackenzie Thomas, organizer of the GoFundMe wrote.
“Damien is heartbroken and struggling to cope with the sudden and violent loss of his loved ones. In the midst of this grief, he is now faced with the overwhelming responsibility of arranging funerals and burials for his family members.”…
