DA dismisses charges against Houston daycare owner accused of leaving 5 kids in hot car

Prosecutors on Tuesday dismissed five felony charges against a daycare owner who last year was accused of leaving five children in a hot car while she shopped.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office wrote that the charges against Domonique Wilson, 32, could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
